In this talk, I will present the main ideas behind the Belanp’s agency theory in branching space-time. The focus will be more on branching time versus branching space-time for agents, and how stit theory of agency can be adapted to branching space-time. The notion of mere indeterminism as structured in this theory will be presented. Some critics of the theory will be discussed in the context of applying it to software agents and multi-agent systems.
